SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Norteña Carne Seca! We take pride in delivering our crunchy, bold, and fresh snacks directly to your door. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing & Handling Time 

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification once your snacks are on their way!

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several options depending on your location and how fast you need your "crunch" fix.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal volume.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA) 

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

4. Perishables & Weather Conditions 

Since our products include beef jerky, seasoned nuts, and chili-coated gummies, please consider the following:

  • Heat Warning: During summer months or in hot climates, Chili Gummies and Sour Gushers may soften or stick together during transit. We recommend monitoring your tracking number to ensure someone is available to bring the package indoors immediately upon delivery.

  • Freshness: Our jerky is sealed for freshness. Once received, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place to maintain that signature Norteña crunch.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Issues 

Norteña Carne Seca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience:

  • If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a punctured jerky bag), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at info@nortenacarneseca.com

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. We cannot offer refunds on shipping fees for undeliverable packages.

8. International Shipping 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring the Norteña flavor to other countries soon!
