SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & ALLERGENS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, the actual color and texture of the beef jerky, snacks, and gummies may vary slightly from the images on your screen.

Allergen Warning: Our products are processed in facilities that may handle nuts, soy, wheat, and dairy. Specific ingredients (such as chili powder, lime, and seasonings) are listed on our packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens before consumption. We do not warrant that our products will meet specific dietary requirements unless expressly stated.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products (beef jerky and snacks), cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders for any reason, including geographic restrictions for shipping perishable food.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our snacks are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PERISHABLES

We strive to ship your snacks as fresh as possible.

  1. Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  2. Perishability: Once the carrier takes possession of the product, the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for products that spoil or are damaged due to being left unattended after delivery or due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  3. Weather: During extreme heat, we recommend monitoring tracking numbers closely to ensure snacks (especially gummies) are not left in mailboxes for extended periods.

SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY FOR FOOD ITEMS

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products (jerky, gummies, nuts, sauces). If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged/tampered with, please contact us at info@nortenacarneseca.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brands, logos (including the Norteña logo), and product descriptions are the property of Norteña Carne Seca. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide links to third-party tools or websites (like Shopify apps or tracking services). Use of these is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Norteña Carne Seca is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of our food products.

SECTION 10 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to standard legal prohibitions, you may not use our products for commercial resale without a wholesale agreement. Automated "scraping" or use of AI agents to monitor our inventory or prices is strictly prohibited without authorization.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norteña Carne Seca shall not be liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or injuries resulting from the consumption of our products if the ingredients were clearly labeled or if the product was consumed past its expiration date.
